Terms of Use

Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform.

If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform or access content on the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent/permission of a parent or legal guardian.

As a minor if you wish to transact on the Platform, such transaction on the Platform may be made by your legal guardian or parents. Jangid Electronics reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with access to the Platform if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 years and transacting on the Platform.

If You use the Platform, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password.

You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Platform and refuse to provide You with access to the Platform.

Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is treated as Your primary identifier on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Platform at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Platform through a one-time password verification.

You agree that Jangid Electronics shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of use or misuse of any information that occurs under your Account in cases, including, where You have failed to update Your revised mobile phone number and/or e-mail address on the Website/Platform.

If You share or allow others to have access to Your account on the Platform ("Account"), by creating separate profiles under Your Account, or otherwise, they will be able to view and access Your Account information. You shall be solely liable and responsible for all the activities undertaken under Your Account, and any consequences therefrom.

You must maintain confidentiality of the account information and for all the activities that occur under Your account. You must not share your login details, i.e., username and password of Your account with any other person, else it would be considered a breach of this Terms of Use.

You agree to: (a) ensure that You successfully log out from Your account at the end of each session; and (b) immediately notify Jangid Electronics of any unauthorized use of Your account. If there is reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of Your account, We may request You to change the password or we may suspend Your account without any liability to Jangid Electronics, for such period of time as we deem appropriate in the circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with this provision.

By accessing or using the Platform, You grant express consent for Jangid Electronics to display advertisements, promotions, and sponsored content. These may be placed adjacent to, integrated within, or overlaid upon your content, listings, or user interface, as well as throughout transactions and payments. Please note that the manner, mode, and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice.

When You use the Platform or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

The Platform enables Buyers and Sellers to transact. Jangid Electronics is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Platform's Users. We specialize in the sale and repair facilitation of consumer electronics, home appliances, and hardware components.

Accordingly:

• All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to electronic items, and after-sales repair support. We do not have any control or involve ourselves in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms.
• Placement of an order by a Buyer with a Seller on the Platform is an offer to buy the product(s) by the Buyer to the Seller and it shall not be construed as Seller's acceptance of Buyer's offer. The Seller retains the right to cancel any such order placed by the Buyer, at its sole discretion, and the Buyer shall be intimated of the same. Any transaction price paid by the Buyer in case of such cancellation shall be refunded.
• We do not make any representation or warranty as to specifics (such as quality, value, brand warranty, etc) of the electronic products offered to be sold on the Platform. We do not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products or services.
• We accept no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. We are not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers.
• Select electronic items offered by sellers may be eligible for business purchases on the Platform, enabling You to claim GST input tax credit. Accordingly, at your request, a Tax Invoice containing your GSTIN and registered business name shall be issued to You by the Seller(s).
• Kindly mention the delivery address as the address registered with the GST authority to claim input tax credit. Input tax credit may be denied if the delivery address and GSTIN are of different states.
• You shall be solely liable for all GST compliances and details submitted, and you agree to indemnify and hold Us and the Seller harmless from all losses, claims, governmental penalties, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with incorrect GST details or non-compliance.

Jangid Electronics may charge a nominal platform fee for browsing and buying on the Platform to sustain the efficient operations and continuous improvement of the website/app. We reserve the right to change our Fee Policy from time to time.

For availing specialized electronics repairs, scheduled service bookings, or installation services on the Platform, We reserve the right to charge certain convenience fees or service fees. In the event of short charging of service amounts, convenience fees, or taxes due to technical errors, we reserve the right to claim the balance amount from the customer.

By placing an order, you agree to pay standard shipping, delivery, and handling charges which vary depending on order value, dimensions, weight, and distance. These fees are displayed clearly before checkout and collection of payment.

You agree, undertake and confirm that Your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:

You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information which:

• belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right to;
• is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable relate to or encourage money laundering or gambling;
• is misleading in any way or patently offensive to the online community;
• infringes upon or violates any third party's intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity;
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or any Content. We reserve our right to bar any such activity.

You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws.

We facilitate delivery of consumer electronics, home appliances, and hardware components across serviceable PIN codes in India. If standard delivery services are not available for your region, the order shall not be accepted and the user shall be intimated.

Given the premium and sensitive nature of electronic items, you are encouraged to check the package seal and physical condition upon delivery. Acceptance of delivery at your designated location constitutes deemed approval that the consignment has been received in full and intact condition. Any transit damage or missing component claims must be reported immediately and supported by an unboxing video as per our Return Policy.
